A good turn based rpg! Nice system reminds me of Warhammer quest !

Great turn based rpg. A little too hard sometimes and a little too easy other times. Keeps it moving along without too much of the grind type gameplay.

Im an RPG fan and love this title. The combat, item and skill system is refreshing and works well. Balance is a little off as it can be too hard or too easy in some places.

This is the best turn based RPG on the store! It is beautiful and challenging. It is not hard when you learn to take your time, and is never so easy you feel invincible. Cant wait for more!

From my point of view, the best RPG on the app store. A cannot-be-missed title for any fan of the genre.

It looks decent pixel doubled, and the controls are usable on the big screen. The game itself is comparable to Fallout but with a less open world. The art and writing have a steampunk theme to them that is fun. I enjoy the dice gameplay, and its fairly simple to manage while adding an extra venue for combat optimization. An iPad native version would be very welcome. Ideally Id like to be able to reorganize the skill button locations to be near the middle of the sides of my ipad. An option to make the controls smaller would be nice.

Some bad moments

The game looked like some new dungeon hunter game with more in depth story. In fact it is clumsy and fightings are very slow. Game commands are old school like. Jeu vieille école. Vieux graphismes et gestion ultra lourde et lente des combats. Passez votre chemin....

I dont know what people are talking about.... This game is ridiculously hard right out of the gate.... Im not looking for frustration when I play a game, and having to replay a level over and over, and still feel little accomplishment, then this is the game for you!!! If there are any further development plans for this game Id add a difficulty feature.

this was a great game until i couldnt load my continue on one of my characters... so i started over, and sure enough, about 4 hours into the game it happened again. cant load my saved games. either have a system where i can load previous stages, or fix this, because i really dont want to start over for the third time. it will not load if you exit to mainmenu in the middle of a fight... but what do you do if your boss comes up behind you?? really not happy with this.

This game had so much potential! I am always on the lookout for an awesome RPG for the iPhone. Sadly Ill never know if the rest of Rimelands would have been just that for a simple reason: The combat concept. Im running around and I see an enemy. I want to attack but I cant. Before I can hit I get interrupted by a dice roll... little dice, the sound, the animation. I confirm. My character hits. Only now can my enemy attack... but first, a dice roll! And this goes on for every hit. I cant "just" run away either. In short, combat takes for ever, is anti-dynamic and kills game flow. I played for 30min and was forcing myself because the game had looked and sounded so cool! The graphics are nice though a little simple compared to similar games. But what really makes a game awesome is the immersion and for me, being interrupted every 2secs does not allow for that.

The enemies are like 10 times stronger than your character, I get killed by a wolf in one shot, wow, this game had potential too

Just bought this game, played it for awhile, got to a building, went through about the fourth door, got the screen saying loading and it froze my phone. I could not go back to the apps screen, could not turn the phone off.....and my computer gave me an error message saying it could not connect. It took about half an hour and much button pushing, connecting and disconnecting to get it working again. NOT a happy camper.
